I hate when songs are too short to scrobble on last.fm.

haha first world fastcore problems

A nice consequence of having been into goth for years before getting into punk means I managed to dodge the otherwise prerequisite street punk phase

anarchopostpunk:

rawgothinsurrection:

Slightly classier garbage life

You were into goth BEFORE punk? Wow. Who does that?

same here. i was into joy division, the cure, christian death, the sisters, all before punk. when i got into crass i had no idea anarcho punk had sunk so deeply into darkness. imagine my joy when i discovered part 1 and all them.  i also skipped the whole street punk phase, i have no idea what most of those bands sound like an im happy for it, haha.

Sorry its not bigger and clearer, but I think you can see the details just fine! This photo was taken about a half hour after i got the tattoo during my first home cleaning. You can still see some dried blood on my arm, haha.
This tattoo is from the movie Videodrome directred by David Cronenberg, starring James Woods and Debbie Harry. It’s my personal favorite movie of all time and centers around a man named Max Renn (James Woods) who accidentally discovers an intercepted snuff program called Videodrome. Anyone who watches the show however, is infected with a small brain tumor that makes them hallucinate. This movie is nuts and cemented David Cronenberg as my favorite director. Check it out if you’ve never seen it! This tattoo was done by Ryan at Evolution Tattoo on Rt 45 Mantua, New Jersey. He also did my girlfriend tattoos, she sports two symmetrical Onibabas on her chest. Here’s a link if you care to put this one up too!

these are a few logos ive made. these are also really fun to make. im trying to get my name out there. ive made these for free, i plan on continuing to make them for free.

these are posters i’ve made for shows. the 1st one was for my band constant doubt, as was the second one. the third one is for an upcoming show featuring both of my bands, Jaw Clencher and Going Nowhere. I love making posters and cant wait to make more.

self portrait.

self portrait.

Neva - Louchald. Now this is some creepy original deathrock. Nice high pitched vocals for fans of Sex Gang Children and the like. Very batcavy. More french stuff. The french were very gloomy.

Deadchovsky - Solene is a Batcave. French deathrock from the early 2000s. Most 2000s deathrock bugs me, but I feel like this is more pure… I dont know, who cares.

The Cemetary Girlz - Reflection. I generally dont really like the cemetery girlz. Too much fashion, too much scene oriented shit. Too big a sound too. I like it more sparse. If that makes sense, either way this is a good song.

The March Violets - Crow Baby.

The Silent Scream - Drown. Ive posted another song from this demo but i think this one is my favorite. Such a great band. Love the guitar. Dare any goth to not love this.

Support a local DIY noise/grind/hardcore label/distro!!!

Wanna support DIY distros and labels? My band runs hostile input, we’re a new label/distro. We only have one release so far and its a split release with To Live a Lie. It’s the Lapse/Eddie Brock split 7 inch. We’re working on a compilation called the “Scene Impaired” Comp focused around bands that dont give a fuck about a scene or dont have a big city near them. Featuring:

Godstomper

Agathocles

Globsters

Lapse

Bunny Skulls

and more..

We also have a pretty nicely filled distro for just starting out including such bands as:

Lotus Fucker

See You In Hell

Bloody Pheonix

Thulsa Doom

Double Negative

Crow

Conga Fury

Germ Attak

XBrainiaX

The Endless Blockade

The Wankys

and a ton more, i cant stress how many cool releases we have.

Heres the label website, HostileInput.com

and the webstore, HostileInput.com/store/

You can also find our Zine on there, it’s was made 100% by us, mostly by shayne the drummer of my band. He does all the work and financing, haha. I do mostly grunt work. The zine is called “Stabbing Brains” and both issues were reviewed favorably in MRR. You can buy either issue on the website and it covers local show reviews, record reviews, a few columns, and a bunch of SWEET pro wrestling shit. I hope you guys check this out, support my friend, I dont make shit from this. He put all the money in.

Spiritual Bats - Tormented Body. Italian spookcore. (i just made that up watch it be a real thing).

Impulsive Youth - Back to Zero. I don’t know anything about this band except that they sound literally like a mix between The Smiths and the Banshees. Listen to those fucking vocals, straight up sounds like 90s era Siouxsie. Seriously, send me a message if you agree.

Obscurity Age - False Illusion. Italian goth. This is from their 1984 cassette. Really great stuff. Female fronted, This is the only song i can find on youtube, i might upload one or two myself later.
